Champagne Cocktail

3 oz. Chilled Champagne
1 cube Sugar
Dash Angostura Bitters

Place cube of Sugar in a chilled champagne flute (if you have one) or cocktail glass, fill with Champagne and stir once. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
