Once you click the link below, on the opening page is a list of all the classrooms managed by the Registrar’s Office and the events scheduled in those classrooms for the given day. There are classrooms that the Registrar does not control and therefore cannot be reserved through this system. These tend to be seminar rooms within residential colleges or classroom within specific department buildings. Clicking on “FAS Shared Classroom” under the Filters heading will show a list of classroom controlled by other departments. Reserving a room in this category requires contacting the department that controls the room. This information can be found by clicking on the classroom name.

To reserve any under the Registrar’s control, you will first need to contact the Registrar’s office at classrooms@yale.edu to request a log-in account. Accounts can be made available for registered student groups only. (Non-registered student groups are encouraged to register with Yale College Student Affairs.) Once you obtain a log-in account you will be able to reserve rooms using this online system. Placing a reservation does not guarantee the room is yours; you will still need to wait for a confirmation from the Registrar.

For those groups planning large events or conferences that may require multiple rooms, we suggest placing your request as far in advance as possible. This helps to avoid overbooking and increases the chances of your group getting the space necessary for your event.

We hope this service will be of use to all student groups, and will facilitate the process of reserving rooms for both students and the Registrars Office. We’d love to hear your feedback or comments. Send them toycc@yalestation.org.
