Before you begin, a few reminders....
- FILL IN ALL PARTS OF THE APPLICATION
- DO NOT press the Enter key until you are done with the application. Pressing the Enter key will submit the application before you are ready.
- Please include all the expenses and income sources for your group this semester. If there is not room on the expenses lines, put the expenses that are most related to the project you are requesting funding for on those lines, and then describe your additional expenses in the comments section.
- The "Total Amount Requested" should be how much money you are requesting from the UOFC. Please note that the UOFC does not give more than $600 per semester, except under exceptional circumstances. The total in the expenses chart need not be the same as the "Total Amount Requested"
